Playtime Festival
Mongolia's biggest music festival: several days of Mongolian and international bands camping on the steppe near Ulaanbaatar.
Playtime is an open-air music festival held on the steppe outside Ulaanbaatar. Rock, pop, hip-hop, electronic and folk-fusion acts play across several stages, and most people camp. It's a good way to see Mongolia's modern music scene.
It usually takes place shortly before Naadam, so you can combine the two.
