Maza Coffee Flagship Store
The flagship store of Maza, a Mongolian roaster that sources beans from Brazil, Ethiopia, Colombia, Kenya and Indonesia and roasts them locally. A good place to try, and buy, Mongolian-roasted coffee.
Maza is run by a Mongolian roasting company, Artisan Roast. It brings in green beans straight from farms in Brazil, Ethiopia, Colombia, Kenya and Indonesia and roasts them in its own facility on Probat roasters. Its flagship store is tucked behind the Bridge 18 building on Olympic Street.
It's the place to taste coffee roasted in Mongolia and to pick up bags of beans or ground coffee. It's a weekday stop, since the store is closed on weekends.
